- How is Curcumall® different from other Turmeric supplements or Curcumin extracts?
Curcumall® is far from being a generic Turmeric extract. Curcumall’s® patent pending formula was developed for over 5 years, to maximize turmeric benefits and Curcumin bioavailability without causing any side effects. Curcumall® has been employed for medical research, and has been tested, showing positive results in humans. Curcumall’s® unique liquid herbal turmeric extract formula is more readily absorbed than most Turmeric/Curcumin products available in the market. Curcumall® does not contain black pepper or piperine (as most high absorption Curcumin products) which may cause stomach upset.
- What are Curcuminoids and what is Curcumin?
Curcuminoids are natural phenols contained in the popular Indian spice Turmeric. Curcumin is the principal Curcuminoid contained in Turmeric.
- What’s in Curcumall®?
Curcumall® active ingredients include Turmeric extract, Curcumin 95% extract, Ginger extract, Aloysia extract.
- What’s not in Curcumall®?
Curcumall® is guaranteed to be absolutely free of sugar, gluten, yeast, milk or milk derivatives, preservatives, artificial color, artificial flavor, sodium, and any animal products.
- Is Curcumall® Safe?
Curcumin has been demonstrated to be safe in human trials even when consumed in high doses. Extensive in vivo toxicity studies have been performed with Curcumin, which led to it being placed on the FDA's GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) list. Curcumall’s ingredient Curcumin C3 Complex® (by Sabinsa Corporation) received Generally Recognized As Safe (GRAS) status in 2009.

- How long does it take to receive my order?
We guarantee that your order will be shipped within 24-72 hours from the time that your order is placed. All orders processed over the weekend or on federal holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Is it possible to cancel my order?
Yes, there are two ways that you can cancel your order, either by calling us at our toll-free number (1-800-347-9077) during regular business hours, or by using the Contact Us page on our website, inserting the phrase “Cancel Order” in the subject line.
Keep in mind however that we try our upmost to ship each order within 24 hours, so if your order has already been shipped within that time frame, it cannot be cancelled.
- Will my personal information be secure when I order on your site?
All of your personal information will be protected on our site. We follow the industry-standard 256-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol, and with our encryption process in place, you can be assured that your order can be placed with confidence.

- Will there be a sales tax added to my order?
No, there is no sales tax charged for any shipments made within the United States.
It is important to note however that for international shipments (including Canada), customers will be responsible for paying any additional customs duties, brokerage fees and taxes, in the event that such charges are applicable to that particular country. Shipping charges within the website do NOT reflect any customs charges.
- How will my product be shipped?
We use UPS, FedEx and EMS to ship all orders.
- Where does Curcum-all.com ship to?
We currently ship to all locations in the United States and in Mexico. We will start shipping internationally soon.
- Will you notify me once my order has been shipped?
Yes, as soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will contain all of your tracking information. It generally takes between 24-72 hours to process the shipment once an order has been placed, so your confirmation email will arrive once the shipment is on its way.
- Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, your order confirmation email contains the tracking information. You can check the location of your shipment by using the tracking number provided.
